SERVICES RENDERED: When purchasing the services from, The Money Council, LLC on themoneycouncil.com, Renesha Davis, CPA, and the office staff therein, are not consenting to representation throughout the tax resolution process or clean up services beyond the selected service. The service fee covers the precise and only the exact service listed in the description of the pages. Services beyond the listed description should not be expected from The Money Council, LLC nor will they be performed without an additional payment and agreement for services. ACTIVATE WEALTH POLICY: Once a consultation is booked, our team begins the necessary research to deliver proper advice to the client based on information provided at checkout and social media communication. Clients will be emailed the consultation confirmation and ample reminder emails via the email address you used to purchase the consultation. If we have begun consultation research, which occurs immediately after payment, the most refund a client can receive back is the price paid minus $500. This amount is not guaranteed when requested but only provided when the client has provided ample communication or has attempted to reschedule their consultation. The refund may be less if we have begun the consultation research process. The client has one opportunity to reschedule the call by emailing support@themoneycouncil.com 24 hours in advance and will forfeit any refund if client fails to do so. We will not provide any refund if the client misses a scheduled meeting or fails to reschedule based on our booking policy. SLASH TAXES POLICY: Once a tax return is purchased, and our team begins the tax preparation process immediately. Clients will be emailed the tax organizer and welcome guide instantly via the email you purchase the service with. If we have begun your tax preparation process, which occurs immediately upon payment, the most refund a client can receive back is the price paid minus $500. This amount is not guaranteed when requested but only provided when the client has not yet commenced the tax organizer. Once a tax return draft is submitted to the client or a client fails to communicate with The Money Council within 7 days, there is no option for a refund. The client agrees to this understanding by submitting payment via our website and submitting their tax organizer to our firm for tax preparation. PRESERVE LEGACY POLICY: Our Spanancial Wellness® Program service is offered through a flexible subscription model, allowing clients to select services tailored to their specific needs. The subscription fee varies based on the plan selected during the checkout process. The subscription remains active until canceled by the client. Services Included: The subscription encompasses a range of services as detailed and agreed upon at checkout, ensuring all aspects of your requirements are met. Subscription Fee: The monthly fee is determined by the specific services selected and is due on the agreed-upon date each month. This fee covers all services outlined in your personalized plan. Payment Method: Payments are processed automatically via the payment method chosen during checkout. Clients will be automatically billed based on terms outlined in plan. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by managing their account inside of our billing portal. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the subscription terms or fees with prior notice to clients. Continued use of services after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the changes. By subscribing to the Spanancial Wellness® Program service, you agree to the terms outlined above, ensuring a clear and consistent understanding of our mutual commitments. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT Any information, strategies, or materials shared during the consultation are provided exclusively for the Client’s personal use and benefit. The Client agrees not to share, distribute, or disclose any proprietary information, insights, or materials gained during the consultation with any third parties, in any format, without the express written consent of the Consultant. Failure to adhere to this confidentiality agreement will be considered a breach of contract and may result in immediate termination of services without refund. THIRD-PARTY REPRESENTATION: By purchasing our consultation service, you are consenting to allow our entire firm to work on your accounting matters. Our staff members include Certified Public Accountants, Enrolled Agents, and administrative staff. Renesha Davis, although she is our founding CPA, she is not the only CPA in our office and your accounting matters and may or may not be assigned directly to her accounting research. CHARGEBACK POLICY: Client acknowledges and agrees that no chargebacks shall be allowed for any service rendered or any payment made to Company. In the event that PayPal, Stripe, or any other third-party online payment service grants a refund or chargeback in contravention to these terms and conditions, Client shall take any actions and execute all documents deemed necessary by Company to reverse such refund or chargeback. Client also agrees that Client’s signature on this Agreement shall be sufficient documentation to an online payment service needing proof or documentation that the service was rendered pursuant to this Agreement or needing justification for a reversal of a chargeback/refund. Further, in the event of a chargeback, whether authorized or unauthorized by Client after the Services have actually been rendered, Client agrees that Client will provide the outstanding payment to Company within five (5) calendar days of notice. Unpaid balances will accrue interest in the amount of ten (10) percent per month until the outstanding balance is paid. FRADULANT CHARGEBACKS: Client agrees not to authorize any chargebacks for Services actually rendered by Company and understands that the authorization of a chargeback for Services actually rendered may constitute theft of Services under O.C.G.A. § 16-8-5.
