Do you do individual tax returns if I do not own a business?Ideally, the personal tax returns reflected on the site are for clients for whom we complete their business tax returns. Without a business, we will need to customize an individual tax return fee based on form-based pricing, which is outside the scope of our listed tax services. Please email us at support@themoneycouncil.com to inquire about tax services.

What happens after I apply to work with The Money Council®?You will receive a confirmation email once you book your $100 Strategic Discovery session. The immediate next step will be a Legacy Math Evaluation, during which we will review your finances to confirm or adjust that what was recommended during our call aligns with our initial recommended path forward.
Tax Service Policy:
Once a tax return is purchased, and our team begins the tax preparation process immediately. Clients will be emailed the tax organizer and welcome guide instantly via the email you purchase the service. If we have begun your tax preparation process, which occurs immediately upon payment, the most refund a client can receive back is the price paid minus $250. This amount is not guaranteed when requested but only provided when the client has not yet completed the tax organizer. The refund may be less if we have begun the tax preparation process. We will not provide a full refund after we have begun working on your tax return.
Once a tax return draft is submitted to the client, there is no option for a refund. The client agrees to this understanding by submitting payment via our website and submitting their tax organizer to our firm for representation.
Third-Party Representation:
By purchasing our tax service, you are consenting to allow our entire firm to work on your tax return preparation. Our staff members include Certified Public Accountants, Enrolled Agents, and administrative staff. Renesha Davis, although she is our founding CPA, she is not the only CPA in our office and your tax return may or may not be assigned directly to her for filing.
Service Rendered:
When purchasing the tax services, The Money Council, LLC, Renesha Davis, CPA, and the office staff therein, are not consenting to representation throughout the tax resolution process beyond the selected service. The service fee covers the precise and only the exact service listed in the description of the store product page. Services beyond the listed description should not be expected from The Money Council, LLC nor will they be performed without an additional payment and agreement for services.
